URETHANE DUAL CARTRIDGE SYSTEM
Using The Cartridges

? For use with manual or pneumatic dual component caulking guns

? Set up dual component gun for either 2:1 or 1:1 mix ratio.

? Remove the small ?D? shaped plug from the top of the empty cartridge and fill with potable water.

? Remove the small ?D? shaped plug from the top of the cartridge loaded with urethane.

? Install appropriate static mixing nozzle onto cartridge.

? Slide black retaining nut over mixing nozzle, thread onto cartridge and tighten.Load cartridge in injection gun.

? Slowly pump the gun handle to even up the bottom plungers and remove any air in the cartridges.

? Dispense the material with steady pumps to ensure proper mixing.
